Your school, one clear picture.

Bring your school development plan, actions and evidence together, so leaders and governors can see what is progressing, where support is needed and what difference the work is making.

Less chasing. More understanding.

The information is there.
Bring it together.

  • One shared direction

Connect priorities, people and evidence across the school year.

  • Earlier conversations

See what needs attention before the next formal review.

  • Continuity between meetings

Keep updates, questions and responsibilities in context.

Earlier conversations

See where support is needed while there is time to act.

A short update puts a concern in context. Leaders and governors can understand what has changed and discuss the response, rather than wait for the end-of-year review.

Informed governance

Keep the question and the answer together.

Governors can ask about the work where it happens. The response stays with the target, helping the next conversation start with shared understanding.

Evidence with a purpose

Build the picture as the work happens.

Connect monitoring notes, documents and links to the priority they inform. When you discuss progress, the supporting information is already in context.

One clear picture of where your school is, where it’s going and the impact it’s making.

Self-evaluation informs the school development plan, which sets priorities, targets and actions. Evidence and updates help leaders review impact and revisit self-evaluation. Observations and learning walks can be linked privately to priorities and next steps. Governor visits link to priorities and duties; published visits add governance evidence. Term dates, due dates and reminders support the work across the school year.

Grounded in published guidance

Good school operation comes first.

The school development plan and self-evaluation connect with the Ofsted school inspection toolkit. Governance duties draw on Department for Education guidance, with their sources and basis shown in the app.

This gives leaders and governors a common reference for their work. When inspection comes around, the information gathered through the year can support those conversations.
